Absolutely beautiful vintage 1956 edition of 'The Book of Flowering Trees and Shrubs’.
There are 63 colour plate illustrations plus black and white illustrations as some black and white photographs.
Just the most wonderful coffee table book, filled with beautiful colour illustrations.
Featuring beautiful colour pictures of flowers and black and white illustrations along with lots of text.
In good condition for its age, considering it is nearly 70 years old! The original dust cover is intact and brightly coloured, a little tatty on the edges. There is some staining to the inside front cover and the spine but nothing too bad. Some wear but no weaknesses to the spines. Some light foxing inside and wear but pictures are still bright and clear.
Truly beautiful book, we are so happy that it has have survived these years to be enjoyed today, you can't really appreciate the beauty of it online!
