Beautiful rare late antique ironstone jar by Horrocks & Watson Springfield Potted Meats dating around 1890/1900s,
In 'dug' condition. There is a chip on one side, this doesn't effect the sturdiness of the pot, it just show how tough this old pottery is! Believed to date to 1900s, plenty of crazing. The decorative advertising aspect to it is in good condition and it would sit happy decoratively on a shelf!
