This wonderful set of antique weighing scales are a lovely addition to a kitchen dating from around 1910 as it says “late King Edward VII” on them
These scales make a pretty and useful decoration to a kitchen. These scales are so decorative, they have the original advertising to the plate and the more unusual “ by appointment of the late King Edward VII”
The base has been repainted at some point and is a dark bottle green, the pan is ceramic with the original advertising.
The pan cannot be removed.
In good condition for their age, no chips or cracks to the ceramic plate. There is some surface wear and crazing to the plate. The cast iron base has no weaknesses to the metal.
Perfect statement piece for a kitchen!
