This wonderful set of antique weighing scales are a lovely addition to a kitchen dating circa 1850/1890s
These scales make a pretty and useful decoration to a kitchen. These scales are so decorative, they have the original advertising to the plate.
The base has been repainted at some point and is black and gold, the pan is ceramic with the original advertising.
The pan can be removed.
In good condition for their age, no chips or cracks to the ceramic plate. There is some surface wear and crazing to the plate. The cast iron base has no weaknesses to the metal but the weigh tray sits at a slight angle as seen on the photos
